Performance with long-term responsibility

Carpi integrates environment protection, quality, health and safety, and responsible working practices into its activities. Carpi aims to prevent water losses, to support efficient hydraulic performance, and to deliver durable systems with limited impact during installation and operation.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Safety as a shared responsibility

Carpi’s objective is to prevent incidents across its projects, and to ensure safety in all its working environments, at sites as well as in the offices and while travelling. Regular training programmes ensure that personnel maintain the awareness and skills to work safely and effectively.

Employees, subcontractors and visitors are expected to work and behave according to the company’s health and safety principles, with training and project organisation supporting safe  working environments.

SUSTAINABILITY

Protecting water and supporting efficient infrastructure

CARPI operates in the field of renewable energy, supporting the challenges of green growth and contributing to water conservation .

Materials used in Carpi geomembrane systems are specified as non-toxic and compliant with the European REACH regulation. Carpi also seeks to minimise the environmental impact of its activities through recognised waste-management practices and rapid installation methods that  do not require complex site organisation or heavy equipment.

Our systems are designed to respond to evolving environmental and climate-related challenges, with durability and reduced long-term impact central to their development.

QUALITY

Quality throughout the project lifecycle

Quality control begins with the waterproofing materials throughout manufacturing, packaging, transport, storage and installation. Materials are checked during and after production, including testing by independent laboratories where applicable.

On site, all installation steps are controlled according to established procedures and appropriate sample-based checks, supporting consistent waterproofing performance from material production through completed installation.

PEOPLE, DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

International teams, local engagement and responsible business practices

Carpi’s projects bring together engineers, employees, technicians and specialised workers from different nationalities and backgrounds. The company promotes inclusive working conditions and supports the employment and training of local workers wherever projects are delivered.

Carpi is committed to fair employment practices, equal opportunities and remuneration regardless of ethnicity or gender, while placing employee safety and wellbeing at the centre of project organisation.

These principles are supported by a culture of integrity, regulatory compliance and responsible decision-making, ensuring that projects are delivered transparently and ethically.
