All products combine proper design with stringent quality controls during all phases of manufacturing, from the
raw material to the final product.
CARPI’s geosynthetics have been certified by Official Laboratories worldwide.
CARPI’s Geomembranes and Geocomposites can be easily and efficiently heat-welded, either manually or automatically,
with simple tools. Control of integrity and strength of seams is simple, quick, reliable.
CARPI is an installer:
We install flexible and rigid geomembranes, made of:
- PVC - PP- HDPE - LDPE - EPDM - CSPE/S - EIA- VLDPE - IIR.
We install all other kinds of geosynthetics: geotextiles, geogrids, geonets, clay liners, geomats etc.
CARPI is constantly improving materials, system technologies and installation techniques.
CARPI’s laboratories perform standard mechanical resistance tests, as well as large scale tests simulating stress
conditions on large samples, such as puncture and burst resistance test.
Research includes investigation of performance of materials and systems by simulation equipment.
The range of our testing equipment also includes large scale hydraulic vessels to compare efficiency of drainage
systems, large scale hydraulic vessels to simulate settlements, equipment for simulation of seismic events.
Simulation structures are custom constructed to compare different solutions prior to final design.
Among them, real scale models have already been constructed to ascertain puncture performance, relative friction
coefficents, hydraulic roughness.
CARPI’s research and design department has produced innovative material and system solutions which have been patented
worldwide.
